La Chinata - Smoked Paprika Bitter-Sweet

La Chinata use a traditional Spanish smoking technique to maximize the flavour drawn from the paprika fruit. For the bitter-sweet smoked paprika, seeds are only partially removed from the fruit before it is smoked and dried.
